Spindle cell carcinoma, NOS
Colon and rectum


Spindle cell carcinoma is a malignant epithelial neoplasm of bronchus and lung histologically characterized by anaplasia and the presence of spindle cells. Giant cells and a sarcomatous component may also be present.

Spindle cell carcinoma of the colon and rectum
This is a biphasic carcinoma with a spindle- cell sarcomatoid component in which the tumour cells are at least focally immunoreactive for keratins
