Definition

Lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) is a chronic, recurrent, self-healing skin disease composed of large atypical anaplastic, immuno­blastic or Hodgkin-like cells in a marked inflammatory background. In some cases the pattern of cutaneous involvement may resemble MF (type B).
