Solitary plasmacytoma of bone
Tumours of haematopoietic and lymphoid tissues


Solitary plasmacytoma of bone (osseous plasmacytoma) is a localized bone tumour consisting of monoclonal plasma cells. Complete skeletal radiographs show no other lesions. There are no clinical features of plasma cell myeloma and no evidence of BM plasmacytosis except for the solitary lesion
