Definition

Primary cutaneous DLBCL, leg type (PCLBCL) is a primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma composed exclusively of large transformed B-cells, most commonly arising in the leg. It constitutes 4% of all primary cutaneous lymphomas, 20% of all primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas and typically occurs in elderly patients, in particular in women.
