Multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma


Multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma presents as a well-circumscribed mass of small and large cysts, filled with serous or haemorrhagic fluid and separated from the kidney by a fibrous capsule. The septa of the cysts contain groups of clear cells indistinguishable from those in clear cell renal cell carcinoma . Metastatic spread has not been reported
