Sex cord tumor with annular tubules


An ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor characterized by the presence of Sertoli cells forming annular tubules and such cases usually have a benign clinical course.
About one-third of cases occur in women with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) . The average age of patients with PJS is in the mid-twenties and of those not associated with PJS in the mid-thirties
