Adenofibroma, NOS

Adenofibroma is a benign neoplasm characterized by the presence of connective tissue stroma and epithelial structures.
Cervical adenofibromas are rare. They present as polypoid masses that usually protrude into the endocervical canal. The tumour is composed of fronds lined by benign, generally glandular, epithelium. The mesenchymal component typically consists of non-specific fibrous tissue.
Complete local excision is usually curative
