Genital rhabdomyoma (G-RM) is a rare benign neoplasm arising from the lower female genital tract with skeletal muscle differentiation. It is histologically characterized by the presence of small nucleated eosinophilic rhabdomyoblasts within a fibrous and myxoid stroma. G-RM manifests almost exclusively in middle-aged women
