Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma (HSTL) is an aggressive extranodal and systemic neoplasm derived from cytotoxic T-cells, usually of γδ T-cell receptor type. It is typically composed of medium-sized lymphoid cells with marked sinusoidal infiltration of spleen, liver and bone marrow (BM)
